Lamidi Apapa, factional Chairman of the Labour Party, was on Wednesday booed and mocked at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.

Apapa who had earlier fought with members of the party over a seat in the courtroom was booed after the case was adjourned till Friday.

DAILY POST had reported that Apapa and the faction of the suspended National Chairman of the party, Mr Julius Abure clashed during the court proceeding.

The court refused to recognize the two factions laying claims to the national leadership of the party.

On his way out of the courtroom, Apapa was shielded by policemen.

While he struggled to get to where his car was packed, many chanted “ole, ole”, calling him a ”thief.”
