El-Kanemi Warriors have called on their fans to support the team ahead of their final game of the season.
The Borno Army, already relegated from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) after a disastrous season, are at the bottom of the Group A table with nine points from 17 league games.
El-Kanemi Warriors will host Plateau United in Maiduguri on Sunday.
The hosts are aiming to end the season on a high after recording just two wins.
Dakkada and Nasarawa United have also been relegated from the NPFL.
