Former youth and sports minister, Sunday Dare has once reiterated his support for the abridged league format.
Dare believes that the abridged format will help give the league a positive direction.
He also encouraged football administrators to build on the gains for prosperity of the league.
“I’m an advocate of the abridged league format,” Dare told DAILY POST at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.
“The abridged league is transparent and we want it to be sustainable too.
“Everybody has reacted towards it from the players, coaches and referees too, so we want it to continue so as to be able to revive our league.”
