Kenneth Omeruo has said the Super Eagles are going all out for victory against the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone.

The three-time African champions will be up against John Keister’s side at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Stadium, Monrovia, on Sunday.

The Super Eagles surrendered top position in Group A to the Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau, who defeated Sao Tome and Principe on Wednesday night.

Jose Peseiro’s side will earn a spot in the 2023 AFCON finals with a draw against the Leone Stars.

Omeruo, however, stated he and his teammates are fully ready for the game.

“We are approaching the game with all seriousness, we know how important it is for us to qualify and better to do it with a game to spare so that we can relax and plan for the future,” the Leganes centre-back told reporters.

“Everyone knows what we have to do. We are here to train and to make sure we go there to win.”
