Just In: Davido Reportedly Set to Repay Portion of Debt to Abusalami [PHOTOS]

Nigerian music superstar Davido will allegedly refund at least half of the 218 million naira (over $200,000 USD) he owes photographer Abusalami, according to an anonymous Nigerian journalist.

The journalist revealed on Twitter that inside sources suggest Davido aims to pay back part of the debt very soon, hoping to resolve the escalating public dispute.

The news comes after Davido was called out publicly by Abusalami for failing to pay the sum owed for a cancelled football documentary project. Despite repeated requests over several months, Abusalami has not received compensation.

With his credibility questioned, it appears Davido is now ready to take action. Repaying even a portion of the debt could help rebuild trust among fans.
