A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ayekooto Akindele says those supporting former presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi, already knows he is an “epitome of failure”.

Ayekooto was reacting to the threat by factional National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure, against Obi and the Abia State Governor, Alex Otti.

Abure had challenged Obi and Otti to provide evidence of financial support made to them during the last general elections.

He threatened: “If they provoke me further, I will reveal everything. When I open my mouth, they will stink like rotten eggs no one wants to touch.”

Reacting, Ayekooto in a post on X said “there’s nothing you can say that will make Obi become smelly eggs”.

According to him, all those supporting him already knew him so well before hyping him.
