A lady was shocked by her nail technician’s solution to protecting her hands, after she disclosed her fear of prolonged exposure to the UV lamp.
In a video posted online, the lady @ahbi_special talked about how scared she was about exposing her nails to a UV lamp for an extended period to dry the acrylic paint.
Instead of persuading or ignoring her concerns, her nail technician devised an unusual solution without an argument.
Since UV rays cannot pass through cellotape, her nail technician substituted by wrapping her hand in paper before placing it under the UV light.
She questioned whether the method was a norm, as her hand was wrapped, suggesting a possible fracture.
While some applauded her nail technician’s unusual technique to please and retain a customer, others believed every nail technician should apply sunscreen on their client’s hand before using the UV lamp.
