Galatasaray will contact Newcastle United for their star striker, Alexander Isak if they fail to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent transfer.
This was disclosed by sports presenter, Volkan Kılıç on Monday.
In a post on X, Kılıç also admitted that the possibility of Galatasaray landing Isak won’t be easy.
He said, “Galatasaray will contact Newcastle United’s star player Alexander Isak if the Victor Osimhen transfer is unsuccessful.
“Although the possibility of a transfer seems very difficult, Galatasaray plans to push this possibility.”
Isak scored 27 goals and provided 6 assists in 42 matches last season for Newcastle.
The 25-year-old’s contract with the Premier League club will expire in June 2028.
Osimhen, on the other hand, had a successful loan spell at Galatasaray and the Napoli striker is yet to decide his future.
