Famous Kenya singer Victoria Kimani has revealed that she has never been approached by her countrymen for a romantic relationship.

The singer who was formerly signed to a Nigerian label, Chocolate City, stated that the only times she has been approached in Kenya were by foreigners.

She asserted that her countrymen lack confidence or have the assumption that she would reject them because of her status.

Speaking in a recent episode of the Box Pod, Kimani said, “I don’t get approached in Kenya. Nobody approaches me, unless they are not from here.

“It’s like a lack of confidence or they just assume that I’m going to turn them down or they just don’t know how [to approach me]. It’s like they lack game.”

She explained that men just need to be confident, smell good and learn how to communicate properly to approach women.

The singer stated that sometimes when men approach women they use inappropriate languages which turn the women off, leading to rejection.

Victoria Kimani has kept her love life private over the years. However, there have been rumours linking her romantically to Nigerian rapper Ice Prince Zamani, and Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz, in the past.
