Samklef, a popular music executive and musician, has provided an update on the tremendous crowdfunding for Mohbad’s 5-month-old kid, which has surpassed 32 million naira.

You may recall that the renowned musician died on September 12, 2023, leaving behind his wife, Wunmi, and their 5-month-old son.

Charitable Nigerians have come together to raise millions of naira for the singer’s child’s care.

On September 19th, Samklef took to Twitter to provide an update on the total amount raised thus far, which he disclosed to be N32,744,900.

He wrote …

“So far we have raised! N32,744,900 so far for mohbad son! God bless everyone contributing there is the deputy governor of Lagos state @drobafemihamzat paying last respects for imole!mohbad”
