In a post on her Instagram page on October 17, 2023, Ojo said that Mohbad’s remains have not yet been released and that his wife has been interrogated three times. Ojo also called for justice for Mohbad, saying that his death should not be in vain.
She wrote:

Mohbad died on September 12, 2023, under mysterious circumstances. His death sparked public outrage, with many people demanding justice for the singer.
The Lagos State Police Command has since arrested four people in connection with Mohbad’s death, including his record label boss, Naira Marley. The four suspects have been arraigned in court and are currently remanded in custody.
The coroner’s inquest into Mohbad’s death is also ongoing. The inquest is expected to unravel the circumstances surrounding the singer’s death and make recommendations to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
