Big Brother Naija star, DeeOne, has stated that aside from prominent show presenter, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, no other ex-BBNaija housemate makes more than him from events.
According to the Big Brother Naija 2018 contestant, his colleague, Tobi Bakre, who is an actor, gets around the same money as he does as an anchor or MC.
DeeOne made this claim in a video posted on his Instagram page in the midst of an online spat with the winner of the 2022 season, Phyna and Bella Okagbue.
He said;
“Before you wake up this morning, I would have made N3 million. This morning I’m working for Coca-Cola at one of the most prestigious hotels in Lagos.
The only person wey dey collect money for events pass me for Big Brother Nigeria na Ebuka. The next person wey dey close wey dey charge close to me na Tobi Bakre. We no dey use numbers take do am.”
He also used the video to call out other celebrities in the industry often live fake life and deceive their fans.
He said;
“I have been doing this for years, I just say make clear some people. Your celebrities feed you with fake life, this is the real DeeOne you lots don’t know. Please give me some minutes when I’m done I’ll come back to disturb the online space again.”
