Nigerian men expressed their disappointment as a man gave his talking stage ₦30,000 to prove his financial stability after she called him broke.
The man @Footytalkes shared on the microblogging site X that he had to surprise his talking stage by giving her a huge sum of money as a gift after she labeled him a broke man during their conversation.
He tweeted,

Men have criticized the man for his need to demonstrate his financial stability, accusing him of subtly implying that he is impoverished while proving that he is not. Tweeps noted that the woman had a point and he lost by disproving her.
