Al-Nassr captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has reacted to his side’s 2-0 win against Al-Khaleej on Wednesday.

Second half goals from Jhon Durán and Ronaldo gave the hosts the win against Al-Khaleej.

Reacting, Ronaldo, in a post on his X account, expressed joy for scoring against the visitors.

“One of those nights where the ball just didn’t want to go in… until it did,” the Portugal forward tweeted alongside a picture of himself celebrating his penalty goal against Al-Khaleej.

Recall that Ronaldo had missed Al-Nassr’s 1-1 draw against Al-Taawoun last Friday.

The result against Al-Khaleej leaves Al-Nassr in 4th position on the Saudi Pro League table with 67 points from 33 games

Ronaldo will now hope to lead Al-Nassr to victory when they face Al Fateh in their next game in Monday.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s current contract with Al-Nassr will expire at the end of the season and he is yet to sign a new deal with the club.
