Ecuador club Independiente del Valle have confirmed an agreement with Chelsea for the sale of young midfielder Kendry Paez. Speaking to El Canal del Futbol, the Director of the South American club, Santiago Morales Morales, claimed that they had rejected offers from Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United and accepted the bid from Chelsea for Paez’s signature.
